Lately I've done lots of cupcakes.....mostly birthday parties and some for "just because". Strawberry cupcakes have been a huge request lately. Made with real strawberries.....so yummy.
I made two different flowers for each dozen madea and swirled hot pink colored vanilla buttercream and vanilla buttercream to create a pretty swirl effect.
Easter is right around the corner......so I needed to use some jelly beans for color.
The other recent flavor was carrot cake. . . I found a couple different recipes and combined some ingrediants and omitted others and then shaved the carrots extra tiny......the outcome was beautiful. I really need to make extra's and take pictures of them cut open. Its on my "TO- DO-LIST" ....
These were frosted with maple cinnamon buttercream and added these cute fondant toppers.....first time using stamps and food colors.....I loved them : )
