Janice Bentley, Fern & Kathy meet with me a month prior to the event to create the menu and dessert. Janice attended Fern's daughters wedding and decided to go with the Taco Bar and a small cake with cupcakes mirroring Kendra's menu with a few minor changes.
Here we have the Taco Bar set up:
In the for front we have a mandarin almond salad (R) and Shredded Pork (L)
Here we have Mojito Ono with coleslaw (front) and sides in the back.
Pictured here is roasted red & green salsa's, pico de gallo (R) and shredded chicken on the left.
Janice decided on a marble cake with chocolate mousse filling covered with vanilla buttercream tinted green (her favorite color). Cupcake flavors were Guiness with Baileys frosting and pink champagne with vanilla buttercream.
I stamped with green food coloring on pieces of light green fondant
Light green vanilla buttercream smoothed on the sides and piped roses on top.
