Very close friends of mine are sharing 25 wonderful years of being together. I first meet these people when I had my first child and needed a sitter for the day. I remember going over and talking to Carmela via her two oldest children at the time. Both now are grown and have children of their own. Carmela rescued me from bouncing through childcare places. Not only was she great with both of my boys she taught them spanish. Our families spent a lot of time together and she definately was a blessing in disguise.
I met with Sandra, her daughter, and we looked at many cakes until finally she found one that was perfect. I'm not sure who designed it, but am thankful for your inspirations.
Cake flavors include Choco-latte with alternating layers of vanilla buttercream and raspberry mousse, Vanilla Almond with chocolate mousse and Strawberry with alternating layers of fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream. The entire cake was covered with vanilla frosting. The bottom and top teir have silver fondant ribbons and the middle tier was decorated with silver dragees.
I am hoping to get a couple pictures of the bride & groom with the cake.
This cake was delivered to the Bunkerville Center.
