Business Expo @ Sun City - Mesquite

  Deb Demos, the Lifestyle Director @ Sun City-Mesquite, invited me to par take in the annual Business Expo. It was held today at the Pioneer Center or in layman terms "their recreation center". The must have been 40 - 45 vendors from St. George, UT., Las Vegas and Mesquite attending. The event was held from 10am - 2pm.

I decided to make cake pops (sweet) and Shrimp, Radish & Cucumber Canapes (savory) to promote my newly found business. I now understand why people charge what they charge for cake pops, they are very time consuming. I made a FIVE different flavors with coordinating colored chocolate, which I purchased at Danielle's Chocolates located here in Mesquite, NV.

Green:      Creme de Mint
Pink:         Strawberry
White:       Vanilla Peppermint
Milk:         Hazelnut
Yellow:     Lemon
