Lunch & Learn by Merrill Lynch

Deb Demos of Sun City - Mesquite, NV, referred my business to Michael with Merrill Lynch to provide lunch at his seminar held for the residents of Sun City.

Here is the menu we came up with:

Southwest Chicken Chop Salad
Creamy Lime Dressing
Taco Ranch Dressing
Sugar Cookie Cake
Unsweetened Ice Tea
Soda & Water

I bought flour tortilla's and then baked them and created the edible shell to put the Salad into. I think this would be a great appetizer too. Its all edible, fun & creative.

Grilled Chicken, tomatoes, black beans, roasted corn are the main ingrediants

This cake is  dense and taste just like a sugar cookie, I topped with Maple Cinnamon Frosting

The Set-Up......my son, Easton, helped me wrap & tie the silverware in napkins
