I think with a cotton candy machine I could actually make a better "birds nest" and if I keep my jelly beans away from my boys I would be able to put 3 inside each nest....hahaha!!

Spring Easter Cupcakes
I was asked to make some Easter flavored cupcakes for a client this morning. I came up with Lemon - Lemon and Orange Blossom with vanilla buttercream. While I was at Walmart or the Dollar Store the other day I came across a small bag of cotton candy and thought that might make a neat birds nest for jelly beans to sit a top of cupcakes. This is what I came up with.... I think my next purchase just might be a cotton candy machine.
